(My DH is truly a critic and doesn't give 5's unless it's amazing) I would recommend it to others and would definitely make again. Blend until the mixture is nice and slushy. For Margaritaville-style frozen drinks, blend the lime juice, lemon juice and sugar with 4 cups of ice in a high-powered blender. Thank you all for being here! Just a quick note on how I rate recipes: Simply combine the lime juice, lemon juice, and sugar in a small pitcher, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Rub a margarita or cocktail glass with the lime wedge, then rim with chili salt. ![]() When ready to make the margarita, stir together ingredients for chili salt in a small bowl. Allow the tequila to infuse for at least 5 to 8 hours (or more if you want it H-O-T). Pour the tequila, triple sec, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Combine tequila and peppers in an airtight container. Pitcher: Place 1 cups tequila, 1 cups orange juice, 1 cup triple sec, and 1 cup lime juice in a pitcher. Fill a cocktail shaker of the way with ice. If desired, rim a chilled cocktail or margarita glass: Wet the rim with a lime wedge, then dip or roll it in a small dish of salt, Tajin, or sugar. Strain the margarita into the glass with the salted rim. When ready to serve, rim the glasses with salt (if desired) and fill each with ice.
